The Voluntary Audit is most often selected for small, single-class risks generating a level of premium that would not warrant the breadth or expense of a field audit. Coordinated by our Premium Audit Assistant, the Voluntary Audit is a cost-effective and timely way to secure accurate information on smaller accounts.

Telephone Audit

The Telephone Audit is employed when greater emphasis is placed on the scope of the insured’s operations. As this report is uniquely suited to small contractors and other hard-to-reach individuals, our attempts are often made in off-hours to assure a higher completion percentage.

Field Audit

As the complexity of the insured’s operations mount, your need for a thorough report identifying all chargeable exposures grows in like proportion. Our highly-trained and experienced Premium Auditors can provide such reports because of their familiarity with proper auditing procedures, their knowledge of classification techniques, and their attention to the maintenance of proper insured/carrier relations.
